If you would like to meet us in person, drop us an email and we will set a time. Our office is small — we mostly use it for paperwork — but the espresso is good and we can spread maps on the table.

Answers to the questions our guests ask most

Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00 in person at the property. Check-out is by 11:00. If you are arriving earlier or later, just let us know — we will store your luggage and arrange a time that works.

For now, we welcome every guest in person. We think it is the best way to start a stay — you meet us, we meet you, you get a real map and real recommendations rather than a key in a lockbox.

Yes, of any age. The apartments have space for a cot or an extra small bed (please ask in advance). The affittacamere have a family room that sleeps up to 3.

Not as a default. If you are travelling with a small, well-mannered dog, please ask us before booking — we will let you know whether the specific property can welcome them.

All four properties are inside the ZTL (limited traffic zone), so private cars cannot circulate freely. The closest paid garage is a 5–10 minute walk and we will arrange a temporary permit for unloading.

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in on our flexible rate. Non-refundable rates are clearly marked at booking and offer a 10% discount in exchange.

Yes — the Comune di Firenze applies a tourist tax of €5.50 per person per night, payable on arrival. Children under 12 are exempt. The tax is capped at 7 nights for the same stay.
