Five private rooms in a quiet courtyard, two minutes from the market
You step off Borgo Pinti — one of those long, calm streets that the day-trippers never quite find — and through an old wooden door into a courtyard with two lemon trees and a stone fountain. The hosts’ lounge is to the left, with espresso and the daily market list pinned to the wall.
Each of the five rooms has its own private bathroom. We clean every morning while you are out exploring, change the towels every two days, and leave a fresh bottle of water and a small note. Breakfast is not included on purpose — two minutes from the door is the Sant’Ambrogio market, where the bar inside makes the best cappuccino in the quarter.
